ORDERS
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
SHIPPING
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
US ORDERS
Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery usually takes 5–14 business days after shipment, though it may take longer in some cases.
Please note that customs clearance delays can also impact delivery times.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER SUBMITTING MY ORDER?
ADDRESS CHANGES
We can’t guarantee changes, but if you contact us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to update your address before your order ships.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
BEFORE SHIPPING
If your cancellation request is received before the order ships, we will cancel it.
AFTER SHIPPING
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still return the item for a refund once it arrives.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
OUT OF STOCK
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly and offer the option to substitute the item with another product, or cancel that part of your order.
You will only be charged for items that are shipped.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, and have tags attached, if applicable.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN
To start a return, contact us with our order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and may ship the item(s) using a trackable method to the address below:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item received).
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your banking institution.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR LOCATION?
LOCAL PICKUP
We are not open to the public, and local pickup is not available.
All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
DECK WARRANTY
All Meow Skateboard Decks purchased are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase. This means that Meow Skateboards will repair or replace, at our option, any Meow Skateboard deck that delaminates due to defects in materials, workmanship, or glue. This is the only condition covered by the Meow Skateboards warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
BREAKAGE DUE:
- Wear
- Improper installation of accessories
- Improper foot positioning when landing high impact tricks
- Intentional breakage
NORMAL WEAR AND ABUSE:
- Tail and nose wear from dragging the nose and tail on the ground
- Edge chipping from ground, curbs or walls
- Warping from exposure to heat, rain, snow or immersion in water
TO ACTIVATE THE WARRANTY YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Contact info@meowskateboards.com and include a few pictures, a brief description of the problem you are having with your skateboard and purchase information.
- If the problem is deemed to be a defect in the skateboard due to a manufacturing defect you will be issued an RA#.
- Ship the board back to Meow Skateboards along with a copy of the sales receipt, note with RA# and return shipping address.
If an item is out of stock, we will substitute it with the closest available alternative.
INTERNATIONAL
For international warranty claims and claims outside of the continental US, the customer is be responsible for ALL shipping. This includes shipping to Meow Skateboards and the return shipping to the customer, regardless of it is approved for warranty or not. This customer is also responsible for any duties or taxes incurred during the shipping process.

WHAT SIZE SKATEBOARD SHOULD I GET?
DECK SIZE CHART
Skateboard deck size is influenced by the rider’s size, skating style, and personal preference. There’s no strictly right or wrong choice—two people of the same size might prefer different deck widths.
The chart below is designed to give beginners a solid starting point. If you're planning to focus on technical skating or flip tricks, you might want to choose a deck on the narrower end of your height range. If you’re more into cruising or skating transitions (like ramps or bowls), a wider deck might be more comfortable and stable. For a well-rounded setup, somewhere in the middle is a great place to start.
As you progress, you'll naturally develop your own preferences and figure out what works best for your style.

CAN YOU GRIP THE BOARD FOR ME?

If you’d like us to apply it for you, just leave a note in the “Special Instructions” field at checkout.
Let us know whether you’d like it gripped solid or with the top logo left exposed (on assorted woodstain colors).
WHAT SIZE TRUCKS DO YOU RECOMMEND?
RECOMMENED TRUCK SIZES
For the best performance, choose skateboard trucks with an axle width that aligns with your deck width—within about ¼ inch. Since brands often vary in how they list sizes—using axle or hanger dimensions, and alternating between inches and millimeters—this guide aims to clarify and simplify sizing.

DO YOU OFFER FREE STICKERS?
STICKERS
Yes! We include free stickers with every order—no need to request them separately.
Unfortunately, due to overwhelming demand, we’re no longer able to fulfill individual free sticker requests by mail.

HOW DO I GET SPONSORED BY MEOW SKATEBOARDS?
SPONSORSHIP
Most of our riders are discovered organically—through our team, local skate shops, events, skate edits, and consistent presence on social media.
That said, we’re always keeping an eye out for new talent. If you’re looking to get noticed, the best thing you can do is keep pushing your skating and stay involved:
- Film and share solid clips
- Be positive, humble, and original
- Stay active in your local skate scene
- Rep the brand because you genuinely back it
- Start by building a relationship with your local skate shop—shop sponsors are often the first step toward bigger opportunities

DO YOU ACCEPT ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS?
SUBMITTING ARTWORK
We appreciate your interest in Meow Skateboards! Currently, most of our artwork is created in-house, by friends or recommended by our team riders. However, we are always open to exploring new artists who might be a good fit for our brand.
While we don't have a formal submission process at this time, we encourage you to share your portfolio with us. Please email a selection of your work to info@meowskateboards.com, along with information about yourself and links to your website or social media profiles.
If your work aligns with our brand's aesthetic and needs, we'll reach out to discuss potential collaboration opportunities.
WHAT TO CONSIDER
To increase the chances of your work being considered familiarize yourself with our brand's style by reviewing our existing products, ensure your artwork is original and not derivative of other artists' work and present a portfolio that showcases your unique style and capabilities.
SPECIFIC PRODUCTS OR DESIGNS
We encourage you to submit designs for specific products as these are easier to share with the team and increase chances of being considered.
FILE FORMATS
Vector (.ai, .pdf, .esp, .svg) preffered.
Print Size 300 DPI+ (.png, .jpeg) accepted.
COMPENSATION
Compensation terms will be discussed and agreed upon if we decide to move forward with using your artwork.
While we strive to respond in a reasonable timeframe, please note that due to high submission volumes, it may take time—thank you for your patience.
