DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and ship all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. Shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, with estimated delivery times of 1–5 business days once shipped.

Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may be delayed. Allow extra time for delivery during these times. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk folder.

You can also view your order history and tracking status by logging into your account at account.meowskateboards.com.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL eCommerce International Direct.

Typical delivery time is 5–14 business days after shipment. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3–4 weeks, depending on customs processing and destination.

If tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, it likely means your package is in transit after passing through a processing facility (e.g., Los Angeles, CA).

Please be aware that not all tracking numbers continue to update once the package has left the U.S., depending on the destination country’s postal system. Your package may still be on its way or already delivered.

International shipments may be opened for inspection by customs or carriers.

CUSTOMS, TARIFFS, DUTIES, AND BROKERAGE FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees, depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the shipping fee you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment will typically be due upon delivery.
